Songwriting

Hummin’

In this world
My symbols have meaning
My words come across
And my essence can bring healing
I mean what I say
I say what I mean
No I’m ain’t perfect
Still that wont limit me

There’s a speech organ in my neck
When I be hummin’, I know I’m human
So I stay on connect
Don’t talk much, but when I do
I honest project

Its in the air
It helps me breathe
But that’s not too much’a confess
Let’s get to it, before I digress

Usually I feel good
So I share good vibes
If I feel negative, I transform it
Refresh my energy and do my clear eye
I know what I send, I’m gonna get
As quick as things can arise
They will subside
So might as well observe it this time

There’s a speech organ in my neck
When I be hummin’, I know I’m human
So I stay on connect
Don’t talk much, but when I do
I honest project

Its in the air
It helps me breathe
But that’s not too much’a confess
Let’s get to it, before I digress

Its so true
Better be careful what you utter in your speech
Mess around, create a whirl
Forget like Shaggy
Convey how you feel
What your intention is, for real-for real

There’s a speech organ in your neck
When you be hummin’, know you’re human
Its natural, so stay on connect
Speak with substance
And honest project

Its in the air
It helps us breathe
But that’s not too much’a confess
Let’s get to it, express
